Falls can be a major threat to your health and independence. Each year in the United States, nearly one-third of older adults experience a fall.
Our Stand Strong Program is designed to decrease falls and increase your independence. Our focus is to improve mobility, strength and balance that are taught by a trained clinician. Our Stand Strong Program includes:- Patient education
- Medication review
- Home safety assessment and home modification
- Exercises that improve mobility, strength and balance
- Individualized care plan
